How do I become
a Dreamland Fan?

From Nagoya to Baltimore

"I'm Chie Kato. I went to Baltimore last June. I took a walk around city. It was fantastic and perfect scream.

The citizenry of Baltimore were funny and kindness. And I met Mary Vivian Pearce by chance at Charles Theater. I was lucky. I was glad to see her!

Now I was watching The Simpsons and Ricki Lake Show everyday in Australia. John Waters looks like Homer Simpson, doesn't he? And I made J.W. pie – HOMER STYLE. But I want to watch "Homer's Phobia." Does anybody have video? It is difficult for me."
[note - I sent Chie a copy of Homer's Phobia after this delightful letter].

"Well, I heard Leigh (Beck's girl friend) Beck was asked to play Pecker by JW. Is that true?

At first, I could not see the merit of JW film at eighteen. But I became JW crazy when I looked at Pink Flamingos again. I like John Waters films, especially character drawing. They are very charming and make me laugh. So I hope to see John Waters someday.

See you. Goodbye. Love from Chie Kato."
